On the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Dada movement, Hauser & Wirth presented an exhibit of two seminal Dada artists, Kurt Schwitters and Hans Arp, along with the Spanish painter and sculptor Joan Miró, who was profoundly influenced by them, in its Zürich gallery—Zürich being the Swiss city where the Dada movement originated. All three of these creative geniuses shared an interest in the fusion of painting and sculpture through the art of assemblage. Here is a PROVOKR showcase of their work (“Schwitters Arp Miró”).
