When it comes to dominating the football field or men’s fashion, heartthrob Cristiano Ronaldo, the world’s most famous athlete, takes home the world cup. The Portuguese professional footballer had led his team to victory once before and earned the title of one of the best players in the game. However, now Ronaldo is taking his talents to new heights by showcasing his washboard abs and sexy muscular physique, as he displays his latest CR7 Spring/ Summer 2018 underwear collection.
The Real Madrid sports star has stripped down to his jocks in front of the camera lens, to give fans like us a sneak peek of what he looks like in and out of the sheets or behind closed doors. Ronaldo’s CR7 Underwear brand launched back in 2014, and this line marks his ninth collection.
The risqué photoshoot took place in the comfort of his own luxury Madrid mansion. “Underwear is incredibly intimate, and I wanted to showcase this collection in the environment that is most intimate for me,” says Ronaldo. “So shooting at my home felt like the natural choice.”
The kinky underwear line is inspired by his morning moods every day. “I choose different CR7 Underwear styles depending on how I feel each morning,” the soccer star told the Daily Mail. “With each collection, I like to design contrasting patterns and colorways to make sure there’s an option for any occasion.”
Ronaldo created the vibrant summer briefs for men to channel their inner masculinity and to have a look-good/feel-good attitude. He’s also the new face for Giorgio Armani’s campaign for Emporio Armani Underwear. “Cristiano is a great-looking young man with the perfect physique of an athlete,” says Armani. “For me, he is the essence of youth- spontaneous, exciting and a real maverick.”
