The Sexiest Runway Models

There is nothing “je ne sais quoi” about the allure of the runway model. They have the pouty look, the sexy strut, and most importantly, the “I don’t give a damn” attitude required to help a designer’s collection fly off the stage and into our closets. Of course, some supermodels were clearly born for the catwalk—we’re looking at you, “Trinity” members Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, and Linda Evangelista. But today’s newcomers, like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, are catching up quickly to their more experienced swagger sisters and taking over the runway as if they own it. And usually, they do. Work it, girls.

The Brazilian star, 36, came out of retirement to make her last runway walk at the opening ceremony of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

 

Tyra Banks
The 43-year-old former Victoria’s Secret Angel doesn’t walk the walk anymore but she’s still considered one of the best in show.

 

Coco Rocha
A star was born in 2006 when Coco strutted down the Christian Lacroix runway. The Canadian model, 28, is still a hot ticket and recently slinked on the catwalk wearing Zac Posen for Harper’s Bazaar’s 150th Anniversary event.

 

Kate Moss
The Waif just turned 43—how did that happen?— and while she’s more of a front-row observer at the shows these days, she’ll always be a wild-child on the catwalk in our eyes.
