The Abbott family may have fought off the creatures around their home during A Quiet Place, but that doesn’t mean it’s all smooth sailing from now on. In A Quiet Place Part II, we pick up with the surviving members of the Abbott family: mother Evelyn (Emily Blunt), daughter Regan (Millicent Simmonds), and son Marcus (Noah Jupe), as they venture outside their homes. Venturing into the outside world in silence, they soon learn that the creatures they once thought of as their only threat are not alone.
A Quiet Place Part II isn’t scheduled to be released in theaters until March 20, 2020, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start getting excited for it now. In fact, a new featurette for the movie was just released.The featurette includes interviews with the movie’s director John Krasinski, and star Emily Blunt. It gives us a behind-the-scenes view into the world we thought we knew in the first film. And it promises us, in part II, we will get answers to all of our questions about where the creatures came from and what they want.
