In Boston, in 1926, where illegal liquor is flowing everywhere, a son of a police captain lives the decadent life of a mobster, while a destiny of violent death looms for all his kind. Ben Affleck, working from a novel by Dennis Lehane (Gone Baby Gone), is the screenwriter, director and star of the crime drama Live by Night. Also in the cast are Zoe Saldana, Elle Fanning, Sienna Miller, Scott Eastwood, Chris Cooper and Brendan Gleeson. The movie opens in theaters on December 25.
