But some might not know she was involved in one of the most explicitly, raw sex scenes of all time. It was so controversial that audiences of the 1981 film The Postman Always Rings Twice thought the sex was real. The heat from the hot and heavy erotic thriller radiates off the screen. A young Jessica Lange is in control throughout the scene, even as Jack Nicholson pins her against the wall, then carries her to the table. As he reaches his hand down her stockings, she touches herself and shows him exactly how to do it. Flour flies everywhere as the two get it on.
