MICHAEL B. JORDAN
From Marvel to Creed He Keeps Us in Awe

Michael B. Jordan has been steadily acting since 1999 when he was only 12-years-old. He found success in television, winning a starring role in the last two seasons of NBC’s Friday Night Lights. His breakthrough into film came in 2013 when he was cast in Ryan Coogler’s Fruitvale Station. The role officially put him on the map as a rising star in Hollywood. And his star has only continued to rise. He worked again with Coogler as Adonis Creed in Creed, a spin-off from the Rocky franchise. And of course, no discussion of Jordan’s flourishing career would be complete without talking about his role as Erik Killmonger, the main antagonist in Marvel’s Black Panther. Let’s take a look at Jordan’s upcoming projects.
Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse
Jordan stars as Navy SEAL John Clark in this adaptation of the Tom Clancy novel. After his wife’s murder, Clark embarks on a mission to avenge her death. In the process, he finds himself embroiled in a massive conspiracy. Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse is expected to come out on February 26, 2021.
Methuselah
This Danny Boyle film will follow the action and adventure-packed life of a 1,000-year-old man. Whether this movie will be about the biblical Methuselah or take its name from him is unknown. Whatever the answer, it sure sounds like an exciting project.
Wrong Answer
Jordan stars as teacher Damany Lewis in this Ryan Coogler film, with a script written by Ta-Nehisi Coates and based on the New Yorker article by Rachel Aviv. Lewis finds himself trapped in a scandal when he alters his students’ test scores to receive school funding.
Creed III
Jordan returns as Adonis Creed in the third installment of the Creed franchise. There is no plot synopsis just yet. We do know that Phylicia Rashad will also reprise her role as Mary Anne Creed. It is still unclear whether Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky will return to the series.
