The New York City Health Department has released a guide to safe sex in the time of coronavirus and it includes some great information. For example, “you are your safest sex partner.” Well, thanks NYC for looking out for our sexual health. With that said, if you want to practice some safe solo-time or even with a partner, you might need something to get you in the mood. We have rounded up the sexiest movies currently streaming on Netflix. Enjoy and be safe! 

Below Her Mouth

On a night out, engaged fashion editor Jasmine (Natalie Krill) meets and is immediately attracted to roofer Dallas (Erika Linder). Although Jasmine resists Dallas at first, she cannot get her out of her mind and she gives in to desire. The two women embark on a passionate and steamy affair that will change both their lives.

Blue Valentine

This romantic drama follows the downward spiral of Dean (Ryan Gosling) and Cindy’s (Michelle Williams) relationship. This movie was initially slapped with an NC-17 rating by the MPAA due to a scene where the couple 69s. While that rating eventually got an R, it gives you a pretty good idea of how sexy this movie is.

Elisa and Marcela

In this romance-based on a true story, teachers Elisa (Natalia de Molina) and Marcela (Greta Fernández) meet and fall passionately in love. The legalization of gay marriage was still more than one hundred years away, Elisa disguises herself as a man, so the two women could marry. It is considered the first gay marriage in Spain.

God’s Own Country

Set against the backdrop of rural Yorkshire, a young farmer named Johnny (Josh O’Connor) falls in love with a Romanian migrant worker, Gheorghe (Alec Secareanu), hired to work on his family farm. Both bleak and beautiful, this slow-burn romance is as sexy as it is tender. And, it’s got a happy ending to boot.

Love

This erotic drama tracks the relationship between Murphy (Karl Glusman), an American in Paris, and Electra (Aomi Muyock). To spice things up, they invite their neighbor, Omi (Klara Kristin), into their bed. This movie is notable for its unsimulated, and in many cases, unchoreographed sex scenes.

Newness

In this romantic drama, millennials Martin (Nicholas Hoult) and Gabi (Laia Costa), begin a relationship against the backup of modern-day hookup culture. It pushes them past their comfort zones, emotionally and physically, but eventually, they tire of each other and decide to open up the relationship.

Best friends Julio (Gael García Bernal) and Tenoch (Diego Luna) head out on a road trip with a sexy older woman Luisa (Maribel Verdú). Throughout the summer, the boys learn a few things about life, love and sex. And who could ever forget that memorable threesome?
