THE GREEN KNIGHT
Meet the Cast + See the Fly Trailer
Over the last few years, independent entertainment company A24 has established itself as a force to be reckoned with. From critically acclaimed films like Moonlight to cult-favorite The Lighthouse, it has produced and distributed an impressive variety of films. Now, it will take on a medieval fantasy with what is its biggest budget movie to date, The Green Knight. This David Lowery-helmed retelling of the Arthurian legend of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight was supposed to have its world premiere at South by Southwest (SXSW). The festival was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Right now, the movie may be released on May 29, 2020. Whether that release date happens remains to be seen. But for now, we can get excited about this film by getting to know its stellar cast. And, by watching the trailer.
