THE LITTLE THINGS

In the upcoming neo-noir crime thriller The Little Things, a Kern County California Deputy clashes with a Los Angeles detective while they try to take down a serial killer. The Little Things has been in development for some time. It was initially going to be a Steven Spielberg project back in the early 1990s, but Speilberg eventually passed on it before it was passed on to Clint Eastwood and then Danny DeVito. Finally, John Lee Hancock (The Blind Side) decided to step in and he wrote and directed the film. The Little Things is scheduled to be released simultaneously in theaters and on HBOMax by Warner Bros. on January 29, 2021. Let’s take a look at the cast now.
Jared Leto
Leto stars as Albert Sparma, the suspected killer. Leto is best known for his controversial Best Supporting Actor Oscar winning role in Dallas Buyers Club.
Sofia Vassilieva
Like Morales, Vassilieva is most known for her television work, with major roles in the shows Medium and Looking for Alaska. She plays Tina Salvatore.
Rami Malek
Malek, who won the Best Actor Oscar in 2019 for his performance as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, will play L.A. Sheriff Department Sergeant Jim “Jimmy” Baxter.
Natalie Morales
Morales is actually best known for her work in television, with main roles on shows including Santa Clarita Diet, The Grinder, and Dead to Me. Her character is still unknown.
Denzel Washington
Washington, who has won an Oscar for Best Actor for Training Day, and Best Supporting Actor for Glory, stars as Kern County Deputy Sheriff Joe “Deke” Deacon.
