The year is coming to a close, but there are still plenty of new songs coming out before we ring in 2022! Here are some of our favorite new singles from our favorite female artists.
“Attitude” – Saweetie
The superstar rapper just released “Attitude,” an ode to loving yourself and your attitude. The track will feature on the soundtrack for Netflix movie Bruised.
“Somos Nada” – Christina Aguilera
Aguilera’s latest single is from her upcoming Spanish-language album, her first since 2000’s Mi Reflejo.
“On My Way (Marry Me)” – Jennifer Lopez
Lopez is returning to the big screen in romcom Marry Me. In the movie, she plays a popstar, which means the singer is also featured on the film’s soundtrack. This track is the first song put out before the movie’s release.
“Money (feat. Flo Milli)” – Rico Nasty
This single sees the two rapping powerhouses team up. The song was previewed at various festivals and on Nasty’s social media before finally getting released.
“LA FAMA (with The Weeknd)” – Rosalia
Rosalia partnered with The Weeknd for the first single off her upcoming album, Motomami, set to release next year. The singers previously worked together on a remix of The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights.”
“Bite Me” – Avril Lavigne
Lavigne called on Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker to feature on her latest song, a pop-punk track about not taking a bum ex back. The two recently performed the song together on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.
“Pick Me Up” – Gabby Barrett
The singer’s new track comes off the deluxe version of her debut album, Goldmine. The American Idol alum is finding success in the country world, with lots of critical and commercial success.
