THE BEST OF YUNGBLUD
The prince of edgy pop’s best visuals

The up-and-coming British artist YUNGBLUD is young, unapologetic and wild. He’s often photographed sticking his tongue out, and somewhat resembles Harry Styles in a punk alternate universe.
YUNGBLUD, or Dominic Harrison, has built a cult-like following of fans since the release of his debut 21st Century Liability in 2018. He’s toured internationally, charted on the U.S. alternative and rock charts, and started dating a very high profile American artist.
YUNGBLUD’s music videos are as striking and brilliant as his persona. Here are our five favorite visuals from the English rocker:
11 Minutes (with Halsey and Travis Barker)
YUNGBLUD’s international fame skyrocketed with the release of this guitar-heavy track recorded with his girlfriend Halsey and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. He spends most of the video in an apparent race against the clock, with intermittent sweet and striking shots of the couple together.
Loner
One of YUNGBLUD’s early popular tracks, “Loner” and its accompanying video has a distinct 90’s punk feel to it. The track’s grunge-sounding guitar melody and video shot in 4:3 aspect ratio gives a vintage vibe to the video shots in city streets, living rooms and dive bars.
Kill Somebody
The visuals for this track and simple but some of YUNGBLUD’s most striking. The acoustic melody is softer and more understated than much of his other music, but the video drives the poignant lyrics home. He spends much of it covered in blood or standing calmly by while his “shadow” writhes around on the wall behind him.
Medication
“Medication” is a fun, tongue-in-cheek song about psychiatric drugs, and the video is a wild ride through alternative dark grey and pastel pink scenes. YUNGBLUD’s his characteristic sporadic self with wild hair and smeared lipstick.
Psychotic Kids
“Psychotic Kids” is another edgy track addressing mental health. The video shows YUNGBLUD in a sci-fi psychiatric hospital, singing through the window of a padded room or sitting in a straight jacket with some wild kind of technology strapped to his exposed brain. The visuals are again striking but visionary and clear illustrations of his music’s heavy lyrics.
