CAMILA CABELLO’S ROMANCE
The Best From Her Sexy Sophomore Album

Camila Cabello first turned heads as Fifth Harmony’s powerful soprano, then again with her notorious departure from the girl group in late 2016. She’s proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with as a solo artist again and again since, and her sophomore album further confirms that she’s a leading pop lady who’s here to stay.
Cabello’s sophomore album Romance is 14 tracks of sensual pop tracks flavored with her signature Latin influence. Here are our five favorite songs from the record:
My Oh My (feat. DaBaby)
On one of two collabs on Romance, rising star rapper DaBaby makes a surprise appearance with a hot and heavy hip-hop verse. “My Oh My” is so very sexy with so many hot one-liners. Among our favorites is: “I swear on my life that I’ve been a good girl / Tonight I don’t wanna be her.”
Liar
One of the first singles released prior to Romance, “Liar” is irresistibly hot. With lyrics all about sexual frustration and the fun of knowing you shouldn’t give in, but doing it anyway. Its danceable beat makes us want to dance in the Latin heat all night long.
Bad Kind of Butterflies
The darker side of Romance shows in “Bad Butterflies.” The forbidden love theme makes it just as seductive as the tracks that come before it, and Cabello’s falsetto give it a sonic sensuality that we can’t get enough of.
Senorita (with Shawn Mendes)
The smash hit of the summer had to make our list of our favorite Romance songs. The happy couple released this spicy duet shortly before they announced they were officially together. We weren’t surprised a bit after seeing and hearing their chemistry in “Senorita” and its music video.
This Love
Cabello slows it down with this ballad full of feeling. “This Love” stands out as a more raw, serious outpouring of compared to the more lighthearted tracks that show up early in the album’s tracklist. She perfectly captures the hurt associated with an on-again, off-again fling in its lyrics, and her voice’s delicate rise and fall makes us hurt right along with her.
