Don Toliver Drives Us
“Flocky Flocky” Feat. Travis Scott
Travis Scott and Don Toliver have teamed up for “Flocky Flocky,” an ode to the superstar lifestyle they both lead.
“Blessings on blessings, I’m drownin’ all in ‘em,” Scott raps gleefully. “Top of the top and I’m leading that chart.”
Toliver joins him for the chorus: “I count my blessings, know I’m moving fast.”
Fans have been waiting for this one for a while. A snippet of the music video surfaced in October of 2020, and was’t confirmed to even be on the album until almost a year later.
The track features on Toliver’s latest album, Life of a DON. The artists have been linked ever since Toliver signed with Scott’s label, Cactus Jack Records. They also worked together on “Euphoria,” from Toliver’s debut Heaven or Hell.
The pair also dropped a music video for the song that shows the Houston natives riding in Lamborghinis, flying in a private jet, hitting the studio and eating wings at a strip club.
Like many musicians, Toliver has hit the road this year, performing sold-out shows across America.
For fans who want to hear more from Scott, have no fear! The rapper announced the release of his own album, Utopia, earlier this year. The buzz led to leaks of what people suspect are the album cover and some tracks, but Scott never confirmed or denied their veracity. No word yet on an official release date, but fans expect it before the end of the year.
