A.I.M. by M.I.A.
Release date: September 9
The socially-conscious British pop star says that this studio album—her fifth—might also be her last. She released the teaser single from the album earlier this summer. The song, titled “Go Off,” is a collaboration with producers Skrillex and Blaqstarr and has a serious Mideast vibe.

Schmilco by Wilco
Release date: September 9
The Chicago alternative rock band is trotting out a—in the words of their press release— “mostly an acoustic collection” that does not contain the “dazzling, baroque-ish arrangements that fans have come to expect from Wilco. But in their place is a spaciousness and chaos that might feel welcome after 20-some years of enjoyed but now-familiar Wilco releases. It is an intentionally loose affair.”

Mount Ninji and Da Nice Time Kid by Die Antwoord
Release date: September 16
The oddball South African duo is ready to deliver their fourth album of outrageous rave-rap. The 16-track record features such guests as actor (and Tenascious D frontman) Jack Black, burlesque performer Dita Von Teese and Cyprus Hills’ Sen-Dog.

I Remember by AlunaGeorge
Release date: September 16
For their sophomore album, following the 2014 club-bumping hit, “You Know You Like It,” the London-based dub-pop duo are calling in the likes of Zhu, Flume, and Dreezy for some formidable back-up.

Remember Us to Life by Regina Spektor
Release date: September 30
The Soviet-born singer-songwriter will be adding danceable electronic beats to her arsenal of prized piano hooks and sweet breathy tones.

22, A Million by Bon Iver
Release date: September 30
After a five year wait, the indie folk band will finally debut their third studio album.

Three by Phantogram
Release date: October 7
Following a sputtering union with Outkast’s Big Boi, the dreamy electric rock group’s third studio album looks to finally build on the significant hype they’ve generated from their first album as well as their sold out festival performances.

Mad Love by JoJo
Release date: October 14
A cute teeny-bopper when we last saw her, JoJo—who’s now a grown woman with a single called “Fuck Apologies”—seems to be making the Miley-esque leap from wholesome child star to provocative pop singer.

Becka by Beck
Release date: October 21
Beck’s music typically vacillates between the emotionally raw and the manically strange. Judging by his new single, “Wow,” Becka will be firmly—and funkily—in the latter camp.

57th and 9th by Sting
Release date: November 11
The 64-year-old singer releases his first pop-rock album in more than 10 years. Titled for the intersection he passes on the way to his studio, the singer has cited the death of friends like Prince and David Bowie as inspiration for the album.
