FLEETWOOD MAC WINS AGAIN!
7 Best Hits By the Ultimate Rockers

Just weeks ago, a Fleetwood Mac song reached number 1 on iTunes.
No, the group didn’t release a new song that you missed. (Although Stevie Nicks does have a stellar new single out.) It was one of the band’s classics from 1977. Nicks’ ethereal breakup track “Dreams” reached the top spot for the first time in October 2020, and it’s all because of TikTok.
At the end of September, TikTok user 420doggface208 posted a video of himself cruising along on a skateboard, drinking cranberry juice, and vibing to “Dreams.” His video has been viewed more than 60 million times. Dozens of people, including Mick Fleetwood, have recreated the video. And the skateboarder is also in a TikTok commercial. 420doggface208 has inspired a new generation.
He’s taken Fleetwood Mac along for the ride. As noted, “Dreams” is seeing unprecedented popularity, and the band’s beloved album Rumours is back in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 more than four decades after its release.
Whether you’re a young TikToker looking to add some more Fleetwood Mac to your playlist or you’re a longtime fan, you’ll enjoy our list of essential Fleetwood Mac tracks. Here are seven of our favorite Fleetwood Mac songs:
Rhiannon
Believe it or not, “Rhiannon” also had a moment on TikTok. Its smooth and sensual melody makes us swoon.
Go Your Own Way
Not to be dramatic, but Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham’s breakup might be one of the best things to happen to music. Nicks wrote “Dreams” after their split, and Buckingham penned this inspiring track. “Go Your Own Way” was also the group’s first top 10 hit.
Gypsy
Looking for the best track for practicing your Stevie Nicks-inspired twirl? Grab yourself chiffon scarves and a fringed shawl and turn on “Gypsy.” You can thank us later.
Sara
“Sara” is yet another fabulous Fleetwood Mac breakup song. It’s so magical that it nearly makes you forget its melancholy theme.
Never Going Back Again
For something a little lighter, here’s a short and sweet tune from Rumours. The plucky melody of “Never Going Back Again” will have you feeling lighthearted and carefree in an instant.
Landslide
Always imitated but never duplicated, “Landslide” is a favorite track to cover. And it’s not hard to see why. It’s a soulful, stripped-down tune about growing older and moving on that can resonate deeply with anyone.
Gold Dust Woman
If you need a song to remind you that you’re a badass, “Gold Dust Woman” is an excellent place to start. Channel all the dark and mysterious energy of this song and remember who you are.
