Summer is known for producing hot hits as much as it is hot weather. There’s no better way to cool off than with a playlist of sexy summer jams to accompany your steamy night.

Here are 10 of the sexiest hits released in the summer to heat up to during the next few months:

Robin Schulz’ “Sugar” (feat. Francesco Yates)

German producer Robin Schulz teamed up with vocalist Francesco Yates to release this steamy electronic hit in 2013. Its lyrics are as tantalizing as the beat, and it’s the perfect summer song to elevate your night on the dance floor.

Demi Lovato’s “Cool for the Summer”

Getting in some summer trouble is a time honored tradition, and growing up doesn’t mean you have to stop. Demi Lovato’s 2015 single is a sexy tribute to a summer fling with a touch of danger. “Don’t tell your mother.” Or maybe you should.

The Rolling Stones’ “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction”

Plenty of rock and roll classics were also forged in the fires of summer, like this Rolling Stones hit released in May 1965. With Mick Jagger’s help, hopefully you CAN get some satisfaction this summer.

Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love” (feat. Jay-Z)

One of Bey and Jay’s earlier collabs, “Crazy in Love” was released in May 2003, just in time to be one of the hottest hits of the summer. The pair have continued to produce plenty of sexy duets since, but something about the danceability of this one makes it irresistible.

Nelly Furtado’s “Promiscuous” (feat. Timbaland)

Nelly Furtado gave us some of the most iconic sexy lyrics with her 2006 single featuring Timbaland. The song’s conversational element is teasing and provocative without distracting from the equally infectious beat. It’s no wonder everyone wants Furtado on their team.

Christina Aguilera’s “Genie in a Bottle”

Christina Aguilera’s single, released in 1999, will always rub us the right way. The lyrics and the rhythm are the perfect summer song for practicing dance moves and more.

Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie”

Speaking of moves, there may not be a better booty-shaking song in existence than Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie.” Released in 2005, it’s become an iconic hit from the Columbian pop star and will always have a place on the best summer playlists.

Shania Twain’s “You’re Still the One”

Slowing it down and making it sweet can be just as sexy as the dance-pop hits. Shania Twain’s “You’re Still the One” transcended the country music genre as an well-loved, sexy love song when it was released in summer 1997.

The Doors’ “Hello, I Love You”

To throw it back once again, we bring you The Doors’ classic tale of lust at first sight. Released in 1968, it’s one of the most popular summer hits of all time according to Billboard and one of the phenomenal rock band’s most successful singles.

The Chainsmokers’ “Closer” (feat. Halsey)

In the history of modern summer singles, The Chainsmokers’ “Closer” is unmatched. Vocalists Drew Taggart and Halsey have a special kind of vocal chemistry that makes it special kind of pop song. A sexy story of destructive and rekindled love, it remains a popular radio hit three years after its release.
