Kanye West Donda
Album Update From the Atalnta MBZ Stadium

With the rise of technology and social media, no artist or song is truly special anymore. An artist’s mystique is instantly destroyed when you see that they tweet every day and their music isn’t that special when you can listen to it for free on YouTube and Spotify instead of having to buy it. One of the few artists to overcome these obstacles is Kanye West.
Whenever Kanye tweets, it’s considered an event. The same can be said for when drops music. His next album Donda should have been out by now but it hasn’t been finished yet. Currently, Kanye is a temporary resident of Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the album is being finished. Apparently, Kanye hasn’t left the stadium since he held an album listening party there on July 22.
Kanye’s presence at the stadium has created a bit of frenzy online as he was spotted at a soccer game walking around in the same outfit he wore at the listening party. It’s almost like he’s some sort of Phantom of the Opera that’s haunting the stadium.

The best part of this entire album rollout has to be the lack of Trump. Not having to hear Kanye defend Trump or see him wear a MAGA hat is refreshing. Out of all of Kanye’s album rollouts, this is definitely the strangest. Before the stadium listening party, there was a private one in Las Vegas which featured songs that weren’t heard at the Atlanta. The stadium version of Donda featured other songs instead but these songs were unfinished and poorly mixed which explains why Kanye fans are suffering through another delayed album.
Donda will be out whenever Kanye gets tired of living in a football stadium.
