Please, R&B at it’s coolest
The moody duo, Rhye, returns with a smooth single

Rhye, the duo behind 2013’s critically acclaimed EP, Woman, have returned with a new single, and, despite their four year absence, they clearly haven’t lost their touch.
Their moody melodies and delicate sensuousness are back in full force on their new track, “Please.” Canadian singer Milosh makes strong use of his wispy falsetto and the light-but-powerful percussion drives the music forward into a pleasant dirge with romantic grandiosity and vaguely sinister undertones. Just like love in real life!
The new single is a great track, but it’s just a taste of what’s to come from Rhye in 2017; the duo—Milosh along with Danish instrumentalist Robin Hannibal—promise that a full album is on the way, hopefully within the 2017 calendar year. Until then, we have “Please” and its stunning black and white music video—directed by Milosh himself—to tide us over until more of their sweet and seductive music comes forth to carry us over the edge.
