Your favorite artist has probably been working on something new since the coronavirus lockdown began. Travis Scott is no exception.

Scott is one of the hottest rappers in the world and he’s been working on his highly anticipated new album. It’s been two years since the 29-year-old released Astroworld, his phenomenal third album. His fourth full-length studio record looks like it will be a collaboration album with fellow phenom Kid Cudi.

In April, Scott and Kudi released the joint track “THE SCOTTS,” which quickly rocketed up the charts. In a recent interview with GQ, Scott confirmed that the pair are working on a joint album and has already cut several tracks.

When asked what to expect from the album, Scott replied, “Some fireness!”

And fire features and collaborative tracks are nothing new to him. To gear up for his upcoming album alongside Kid Cudi, here are five of Travis Scott’s best collab tracks.

pick up the phone (feat. Young Thug)

Scott is a frequent collaborator with Young Thug and this hit from his 2016 album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight couldn’t escape our list of essential Scott collaborations.

STOP TRYING TO BE GOD

This Astroworld highlight includes an appearance by Kid Cudi, sweet crooning vocals from James Blake and a sprinkle of harmonica notes played by the one and only Stevie Wonder.

Upper Echelon (feat. T.I. and 2 Chainz)

We throw it back to 2013 with this track from Scott’s debut mixtape Owl Pharaoh. T.I. and 2 Chainz sing the praises of the rapper lifestyle and make it an essential addition to our list.

Don’t Play (feat. The 1975 and Big Sean)

Scott puts a new spin on a sample of the British alt-rock group The 1975’s song “M.O.N.E.Y.” in this 2014 single. Big Sean also drops a verse over Scott’s signature ad-libs.

Maria I’m Drunk (feat. Justin Bieber and Young Thug)

Scott’s 2015 album Rodeo was full of sick features, but “Maria I’m Drunk” stands out. An uncharacteristic rap verse by Justin Bieber was the perfect finishing touch that took the track’s low-key vibe to the next level.
