Carla Sozzani has spent her life pursuing and creating beautiful things. She brought her eye for design to the fashion world as Editor-in-Chief for all special issues of Italian Vogue, and then to the Italian edition of Elle as its founder. Her Galleria Carla Sozzani and innovative concept destination 10 Corso Como continue to influence as reference points for art and culture.

Throughout her legendary career, Carla Sozzani has collected images—photography is her passion. Between Art and Fashion assembles over 200 of these photographs, with a body of work spanning from the 19th century to today and an impressive range of names, from Man Ray and Moholy-Nagy to Helmut Newton and Irving Penn. Sozzani’s close friend designer Azzedine Alaïa personally asked to host her collection in his gallery space: Between Art and Fashion is the first time these works have been seen publicly. Enjoy a selection of this rare exhibition, above and below.
