The Instagram account of Magnum Photos—the international photo agency—is a tantalizing showcase for the work of the eclectic group of photographers it has represented since 1947. From artfully composed celebrity portraiture and lifestyle photos to photojournalistic shots from inside war-ravaged countries, Magnum’s Instagram feed delivers a constant stream of images from the some of the most gifted photographers of the past and present.

Tbilisi Photo Festival has launched a masterclass with Antoine D’Agata in Tbilisi (Georgia) in April 2016. From April 24th to 28th, Antoine D’Agata will lead an intimate group through a daily programme of shooting, reviews, group critiques, mentoring and editing sessions. The masterclass will give attendees an opportunity to build a photographic story in Tbilisi or the surrounding area. Candidates will spend several days alongside their mentor -photographer developing visual language, photographic identity, practical, technical and conceptual skills and the expertise required to compete in a changing marketplace. From 1972 to 1975, Magnum photographer Susan Meiselas spent her summers photographing and interviewing women who performed striptease for smalltown carnivals in New England, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. As she followed the shows from town to town, she portrayed the dancers on stage and off, photographing their public performances as well as their private lives.
