Every year we worry if our favorite TV shows will make it. But let me tell you — 2020 is looking up. Some of the big hits are returning and PROVOKR could not be happier. Here are six of our favorite shows that will continue sooner than you think:

KILLING EVE

Valentine’s Day is one to remember for Killing Eve fans out there. The hit BBC show unveiled images from the upcoming third season along with a teaser revealing the release date (April 26, btw). The stills show that Eve (Sandra Oh) is alive and well with Villanelle (newly crowned Emmy winner, Jodie Comer), seeming conflicted after almost almost killing Eve.

OZARK

The Emmy-winning Jason Bateman series is also back for its third season. Laundering money is still the primary goal for Ozark’s characters, but this time they are using a casino boat to get the job done. Season three is said to pick up six months after season two ended, so I’m sure we’ll have some catching up to do with the characters when the March 27 premiere date rolls around.

INSECURE

Issa Rae is one busy lady. Having produced and starred in a few projects in the last year (A Black Lady Sketch Show, The Photograph), Issa Rae shows no signs of slowing down. Her hit series Insecure is back for a fourth season starting April 12.

WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS

What We Do In The Shadows is the spin-off we didn’t know we needed. Jemaine Clement’s HBO adaptation returns April 15 for its second season. The vampire mockumentary takes its film predecessor from Oscar winner Taika Wiatiti and makes it even more hilarious. Season two is sure to be a riot.

FARGO

All roads lead back to Fargo, North Dakota — even as Noah Hawley’s series moves farther away. The Coen Brothers-inspired HBO series is back after a three-year hiatus. The show is now set in 1950s Missouri and boasts a stellar cast featuring Chris Rock, Jason Schwartzman, Uzo Aduba, Timothy Olyphant and so many more.

BILLIONS

Dramas seem to bring the most intrigue to the table. After four seasons, Showtime’s Billions is still going strong. When season five starts May 3, two new people will join Paul Giamatti, Damian Lewis and Asia Kate Dillon: Julianna Margulies and Corey Stoll. Prepare
for thrilling, sexy installments, PROVOKRs.
