BIG SKY: MURDER IN MONTANA
Big Little Lies Creator Delivers Chilling Thrills

In the age of streaming, we often forget that cable and network TV still exist. Thankfully for us, it’s all available the next day online, so if you’re looking for an escape from the serial binge, we have just the show for you. Premiering on ABC and airing the next day on Hulu, Big Sky is a murderous romp from Big Little Lies creator David E. Kelley.
Starring Ryan Phillippe (coincidentally, Big Little Lies star Reese Witherspoon’s ex-husband), Big Sky follows a cop (Phillippe) who joins forces with his ex-wife (Katherine Winnick) to find two girls kidnapped on a Montana highway. The trailer — watch it by clicking on the image above — indicates it could be a sex trafficking ring with other secrets. It highlights an issue not usually showcased on cable and network television.
Besides its cultural relevance, Kelley is likely to deliver a thrilling and chilling series full of hookups and drama. The promo shows plotlines off with enough compelling scenes to tease us. The series is based on the 2013 CJ Box novel The Highway. Big Sky’s mystery, along with the talent, will have you wishing you could binge it all at once. But good things come to those who wait, PROVOKRs. Happy (slow) watching.
