Netflix is churning out great Brazilian shows — see: 3% and The Circle — and we’re about to get a dose of interesting content from that South American nation with Boca a Boca. In the U.S., it’s called Kissing Game, but it isn’t all fun.

“Boca a Boca” translates to “mouth to mouth” from Portuguese to English, which sets up the premise beautifully. Boca a Boca is about a kissing disease. And, no, we’re not talking about mono. It is far worse. A hot group kiss in a neon-colored nightclub ignites a frenzy at a school. Through contact tracing (U.S. government, take note), the teens must determine who kissed who and where it spread before the disease kills everyone.

Of course, when it comes to teen dramas and relationships, there are a lot of secrets. Based on the trailer — watch the Brazilian one above and one with English subtitles here — there are LGBTQ plotlines that include outing characters at school. It seems one of the main storylines features two women. With that, the show will appeal to a broad audience. And don’t let the subtitles scare you. You won’t miss a thing.

This subtitled series is worth the binge. Won’t you watch with us, PROVOKRs?
