The Zodiac Killer is one of the most infamous serial killers of all time. His crimes spawned copycats, movies, TV shows and novels as people tried to determine his motive and identity. Even his cryptic letters to the Bay Area press remain mysterious (except for one). But what if you shared DNA with the murderer?

The Most Dangerous Animal Of All follows Gary L. Stewart on his quest to find his biological father, who he believes is the Zodiac Killer. The real-life narrative is not your average “I’m going to find my biological parents” story. It’s rooted in the obsession of knowing who the Zodiac Killer is and what he did. The trailer highlights Gary’s fascination with uncovering the truth at any cost. He dives into the cipher and aims to solve the mysteries of the entire investigation. The similarities between Gary and the elements of the case are indisputable, though. From the same scar on a finger and the genes that they share, you may agree that Gary’s father is the Zodiac Killer.

The four-part docuseries fuels our mania for true crime programming. The series — which is an adaptation of the memoir of the same name — launches on FX on March 6. And because of a program-sharing deal between FX and Hulu, cord-cutters can watch the shows the next day on the streaming platform. But if you’re like us, you’ll be watching the night of and again the next day to get your fill of true-crime drama. Enjoy the viewing, PROVOKR lovers.
