OK, Outlander fans. Season five has finally arrived, and it’s about to get steamier. Didn’t think that was possible? Well, it is. The Starz show famously holds nothing back. Its long sex scenes show everything and all in different eras of time.

 

Season five will continue in the American Revolution with Claire and Jamie trying to get back to Scotland. The trailer, which you can watch above, shows more of the iconic dropping of the nightgown, which excites us to see Claire and Jamie back in the sack together. To celebrate the upcoming season, we’re taking a look at the hottest Claire and Jamie scenes that made us weak in the knees:

SEASON 1, EPISODE 7

Jamie and Claire’s consummation of their marriage didn’t go as planned. It was their first time together and they fumbled around a lot, but they made that up the second time. As Claire unties her nightgown, the two of them stand there admiring each other’s bodies. It escalates into a sexy affair the second Jamie grabs Claire’s breast. The two lock in a passionate embrace and go to town as Claire climaxes. She returns the favor, though, by going down on him, biting her way down his chiseled body. This scene definitely goes down as the sexiest in Outlander history.

SEASON 1, EPISODE 9

Where the last scene is gentle and slow, this one is frantic and hurried. Claire and Jamie get hot and heavy by a crackling fire, tearing their clothes off one another. Jamie and Claire each have a chance to take the dominant position, but Claire seems to hold all the power. The rough and steamy nature of this scene is one we will never forget.

SEASON 2, EPISODE 4

Did we mention how much Claire likes to drop her nightgown? This scene opens with her removing that layer of clothing. In the moonlight, a pregnant Claire makes her way over to Jamie. She’s there to comfort him, which leads to sensual, steamy love making.

SEASON 3, EPISODE 6

The pent up sexual energy in this scene is palpable. The couple has spent decades apart, only to reunite in the 18th century. There’s some funny relief in this nearly 5-minute scenes, which adds a level of realism. When they finally get back in the groove, Jamie doesn’t hold back at the request of Claire. Sexual tension can do wonders for a relationship.

SEASON 4, EPISODE 1

Outlander kind of came to a simmer during season four by not providing us with the most iconic sex scenes ever. But in the season premiere, we got this scene. Claire and Jamie don’t waste time and don’t even take off all their clothes. She straddles him as he thrusts himself in her. The two-minute romp is sexy in its own right, and we hope to see so much more during season five.
