KILLING EVE’S KILLER SEASON

Season 2 Of The Award-Winning Hit Is Here

It has only been a few short months since Sandra Oh won a Golden Globe for her stellar performance in BBC’s Killing Eve, but to us it has felt like an eternity. We have been deprived of Eve and Villanelle’s complicated cat-and-mouse relationship for far too long, but that is all set to change with the premiere of season two on BBC and America’s AMC.

The last time we saw Oh and Jodie Comer’s characters, Eve thought she had killed Comer in her studio apartment in France. The last scene itself suggests Villanelle escaped and was on the run. The trailer for season two (watch it above) supports that theory, and we kind of figured the creators wouldn’t off its villain that quickly.

Villanelle is alive and maybe well? She’s at least alive. It appears she spends some time in the hospital, but that doesn’t prevent her from finding her one true love: Eve. The intense trailer is even set to the song “Addicted to Love,” which we hope will be the background of season two.

The sexual tension between the competitors drove the first season of the hit-show, which is available to stream on Hulu. We can only imagine that sexy, playful energy will persist and reel viewers in for another wild ride.
