SHAMELESS’ SEXY SEASON
It Got Hotter... And So Did We
When Emmy Rossum announced she wouldn’t return for season 10 of Shameless, we can only assume everyone’s first thought was the same as ours: “Does that mean there is going to be less sex?” Well, we can all breathe a sigh of relief because the answer is “no.” In fact, the show got sexier by our standards.
I mean, any season that pretty much opens with sex like Lip and Tami’s has to go down as one of the hottest. Lip pounding Tami from the back, coupled with the realistic nature of the segment, makes for one sexy intro into what we were in for this season.
Even the most unlikely characters get it on over and over and over again. Debbie Gallagher hooks up with not one, not two, but three separate people. There’s even a mother-daughter combo thrown in that makes the term Eskimo sisters mean something very different. Even the titles of the episode are in on the fun with one called “Debbie Might Be A Prostitute.” Shameless did not rid itself of its humorous and irreverent touches, that’s for sure.
The usual characters have sex, like Veronica and Kevin. But where the season ends is the best yet. Ian Gallagher and Mickey Milkovich return to the series and reunite in prison. They are cellmates, though they often use only half of the beds if you know what I mean. It ends with them getting married upon their release. How sweet! The rumor is that sex is better after marriage and PROVOKR is sure that’s the case with Ian and Mickey. Showtime, it’s time to order season 11 because season 10 is PROVOKR approved.
