Charlize Theron is one of the most famous women in the world. Not only is she exceedingly beautiful, but she’s also an Academy Award winning movie star and respected humanitarian. Here’s a look at some of our favorite performances that she’s given over the years (and are available for online streaming):

2 DAYS IN THE VALLEY (1996)

Over twenty years ago, Theron starred in this thrilling—albeit problematic—Indie comedy about a group of people brought together by a murder in Los Angeles. With drawn-on skinny eyebrows and lots of nude lipstick, Theron wears white in practically every scene: she’s a ’90s version of one of Hitchcock’s cool blondes, complete with a chignon. Her character, Helga can be seen straddling her boyfriend (played by the wonderfully sexy James Spader) after he’s ripped her pristine white lingerie to reveal her naked breasts. If you’re a fan of Theron’s, tune in for this scene in particular. Oh, and there’s also an epic catfight between Theron and Teri Hatcher!

MONSTER (2003)

This was the film role that cemented Theron’s reputation as a serious actress and for which she won the Best Actress Academy Award in 2004. As the notorious serial killer, Aileen Wuornos who was executed in 2002, Theron transformed herself until she was almost completely unrecognizable; it was as if she became Wuornos. Along with her physical transformation Theron’s performance was infused with great complexity and empathy. Christina Ricci played Selby Wall (Wuornos’s girlfriend) and there are some surprisingly touching scenes between the two of them, namely when they go roller skating as Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin'” soars over the soundtrack.

ÆON FLUX (2005)

In this post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller set in the 25th century, Theron plays the title role of Æon Flux—a warrior who must kill the corrupt government leader of Bregna (a futuristic walled city). Even though this film did not receive stellar reviews, it has been remembered for its stunning visuals and for Theron’s eye-catching performance complete with an asymmetrical black bob and skin-tight clothing.

MAD MAX: FURY ROAD (2015)

This is best to watch for Theron’s ass-kicking skills as Imperator Furiosa in a post-apocalyptic world where she sports a shaven head, lots of dark eye-makeup, a corset and strappy boots with lots of buckles. The action and aesthetic are what will bring you back time and time again to this film. Even covered in dust and with very little hair, Theron is incredibly sexy.

ATOMIC BLONDE (2017)

This sexy action-packed extravaganza is a must-see for Theron fans. As Lorraine Broughton, a world class spy and secret agent, Theron engages in off-the-wall stunts as she travels to Berlin to eliminate an espionage ring. With platinum blonde hair and fishnet stockings, Theron’s character uses her red stiletto pump as a weapon and beds a female photographer. Complete with garter belts, lassos, trench coats and Theron immersed in an ice bath, Atomic Blonde is very sexy and thrilling.

J’ADORE DIOR

Do yourself a favor and take a look at the adverts from 2014 where Theron can be seen gliding through the Hall of Mirrors in the Palace of Versailles as she utters “The past can be beautiful.” She is seen wearing a gold evening gown and looking every inch the goddess that she is just before strutting down a runway to Gossip’s “Heavy Cross.” One of the commercials for the heavenly perfume even employs the use of holograms to resemble Marilyn Monroe and Marlene Dietrich.
