Forget Leonardo DiCaprio — Tom Hardy is the best part of Alejandro González Iñárritu‘s adaptation of explorer Hugh Glass’ story. Hardy plays John Fitzgerald, a hunter who kills Glass’ son. Hardy delivers the most lines in the film and shows a more spiteful side of him. It’s a must-see performance.

OK, we’ll give Leonardo DiCaprio his credit here, but Tom Hardy is just as crucial in this Christopher Nolan mind-bender. Hardy plays a persona-shifting member of the dream-heisters out to plant ideas in Cillian Murphy‘s head.

The duration of Locke takes place in a car with cameras focused on Tom Hardy’s face. It might sound boring, but the events and revelations create a captivating and thrilling story.
