Alluring “Pearl Divers”
They seek out their bounty, looking ravishing
The creators of the video short above, “The Pearl Divers,” are the Parisian duo Stéphanie Delpon and Paul Saint Bris. They call themselves Pictoresq, and they have assembled a collection of dreamlike video “stories,” having been “inspired by the strong personalities of their friends,” whom they’ve dubbed the “Enfants Terribles.” In this case, the enfants are Adèle, Angèle and Jessamine-Bliss, and they embody a community of stunning young female pearl divers wearing spare, lovely summer clothes. Manual labor never looked so glam.
