The background music of this killer series is a song by The Witch, which is haunting on its own. The stunning visuals and sounds combine the aesthetics of sport, science and art. You are put on edge as waves carry the surfers or sweep them from their boards and with crystal blue water and athletic routines, viewers are sure to be mesmerized by it all. But, it’s not all action. There is tea drinking and routines that blend practice, action and mediation into their preparation. You can’t help but envy these athletes when you watch them.
This is a great watch for everyone, from aspiring surfers to YouTube browsers. The waves are gnarly and the soundtrack cool.
