Halsey’s Raw Nightmare
Unapologetic, biting, timely women's anthem

Prepare for an assault on your senses and politics. Halsey is more confident and angry than we have ever seen her. She delivers an incredibly important song and stunner of a video. Her costars include Debbie Harry, Cara Delevigne, and Suki Waterhouse as part of her badass gang of characters. At times bloody and brawling reminiscent of the film Fight Club and at times oddly glamorous but all the time pissed off and delivering the message. “It’s very angry,” Halsey explained in an interview. “I think it’s angry in a way that feels validated. Like, I’m grateful for this anger and I don’t care if you don’t care if you don’t like me for being angry.”
Once again the film is cinematic and achieves every level of success. “She’s fearless,” director Hannah Lux Davis commented. Halsey wanted to show different sides of being of woman from street fighter, to housewife to sexy in lingerie but never giving up the fierce attitude. As director Davis said ……. “showcasing every side of a woman was the thing and how every side is just fucking awesome.” It worked beautifully.
