Grammy-winning Artists like Dua Lipa have performed online for crowds across video platforms. For the Late Late Show With James Corden, Dua Lipa performed her hit “Don’t Start Now,” from her home. Her band also participated from home and chimed in on the remote production. It was more playful than other at-home performances, like Jennifer Lopez’s more formal rendition of “People” for the Global Citizen One World Together TV special.

The One World show featured a wide range of artists participating via streaming. J-Lo’s performed in an outdoor setting with mood lighting. Hers was just one of many that included John Legend and Sam Smith singing “Stand By Me” together. The duet was less formal than J-Lo’s but no less impressive. Legend’s Grammy trophies were on display while he played. Smith and Legend were beautifully synchronized.

Rita Ora and Guitarist Liam Payne also had a split-screen performance–similar to Legend and Smith. A guitarist also joined Ora and Payne. The production was fantastic, bolstered by harmony and great chemistry.

Another highlight was Lizzo’s performance of the soul classic “A Change is Gonna Come.” Lizzo’s stunning vocals made a deep impression.

With chemistry oozing, Camilla Cabello and Shawn Mendes offered a sexy duet of “What a Wonderful World.” The Rolling Stones were another highlight of One World, playing the classic song, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.” The rhythm was perfect. During the six-hour pre-show of the Saturday two-hour TV special, Jennifer Hudson streamed an impressive version of “Hallelujah.” She performed with three background vocalists and an electric piano. But despite the accompaniment, Hudson doesn’t need any assistance–she fills any virtual stage all on her own.

For James Corden’s Homefest, Billie Ellish performed her hit—”Everything I Wanted.” The piano accompaniment and background vocals were terrific.

Closing our list, Anderson Paak and the Free Nationals did an “at home” live show for Fallon, playing “Come Home,” from the Grammy-winning album Ventura. Each artist occupied an on-screen box playing parts that blended seamlessly with the rest of the band. Paak and the tambourine’s hi-hat treble line sealed the fun segment.

One World and Homefest’s performances were out-of-the-park. If you need something to listen to–please check out these artists as they bring together global voices, songs and more.
