Sheeran Drops Cross Me
VR-inspired Car Crash of A Trippy Video

Ed Sheeran released a new music video for “Cross Me” from his upcoming No.6 Collaborations Project album due July 12th. This collab features Chance the Rapper and PnB Rock. The music video is a car crash of VR-inspired worlds saved only by the unifying, phenom talents of the avatar dancer. Sheeran and others are’t really in the video. The dancer is the avatar star. She is introduced at the top of the video in the real world before we are sent off to many different and diverse VR landscapes. Where is her credit? We are still looking. The song is great, the video is trying way too hard.
The video is heavy on psychedelic influences and we were wondering what drug would make you see Ed Sheeran shoot thousands of skittles out of his eyes and mouth. We want to make sure not to take that one.
Ryan Staake directed this trippy video. If you think this video is odd, did you hear Ed Sheeran has a deal with Heinz to do a new ketchup called Edchup? Let’s hope he never moves into the fashion arena.
