A promising date turns into a tense night in Softcore, a 9-minute short from director Kristoffer Borgli. It stars Greta Titelman and Alex Warren. The man, played by Warren, is on an awkward date, while his date, played by Titelman, pushes to play a song from her favorite Norwegian band, Softcore Untitled.

After arguing over whether or not she should play the song, Warren’s character says he has to go home early. Thinking she’s messed up the date, Titelman injures herself and freaks out. Tension brews in this film as we see both characters’ personalities unfold.
This movie won best short of the Week on Vimeo and is a cinematic tour de force of storytelling.
