Caroline Giraldo Navarro, or Karol G on stage, is a native of Medellin, Columbia. She launched her career as a teenager when she appeared on a Columbian version of The X-Factor. In 2014, she signed with Universal Music Latino and released her breakthrough hit “Ahora Me Llama” alongside fellow Latin superstar Bad Bunny. Her debut album Unstoppable dropped in 2017 and her sophomore record Oceans followed in 2019. Between the two releases, she earned the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2018.
