Fame is a powerful tool, and its impact depends on how it’s used. As one of the world’s biggest pop stars, Olivia Rodrigo has chosen to use her platform to create positive change, leveraging her influence to support causes that matter and inspire her fans to do the same.

Rising to fame with 2021’s immediate smash hit “driver’s license,” Rodrigo has continued to churn out hits like “bad idea right?,” “drop dead,” and “stupid song.”
Currently, her Fund 4 Good charity, launched during her GUTS World Tour, is a nonprofit supporting organizations focused on women’s and girls’ education, reproductive healthcare, and preventing gender-based violence. Since its launch, the initiative has donated more than $2 million to charities around the world, partnering with organizations that advocate for women’s health, safety, and opportunity.

Building on that mission, Rodrigo recently announced Daisy Chain Fields, her first-ever nonprofit music festival, set for August 29, 2026, in Irvine, California. The event features an all-women lineup including Chappell Roan, Doechii, Mitski, Bikini Kill, and special guests Stevie Nicks and Sarah McLachlan. Every artist is performing without pay, and 100% of the festival’s proceeds will benefit organizations supporting women and girls, including Planned Parenthood, Jhpiego, and the Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health.

“I feel really connected to the young girls that come to my concerts, and the fact that I get to be in the fabric of their lives is a real, true honor that I don’t take lightly,” the pop star told Pitchfork. “I just feel like we need something really positive to do and see, and young girls need awesome role models who are supporting other women and who are engaging in something that’s really joyful and musical and community-oriented.”
Through both Fund 4 Good and Daisy Chain Fields, Rodrigo continues to use her platform to champion women’s rights while creating opportunities for artists and fans to support meaningful causes.
