GAME OF THRONES’ HOTTEST HOOKUPS

It’s finally almost time for Game of Thrones. While everyone is spewing fan theories about the final season, we at PROVOKR can’t help but think about our favorite pairings from the first seven seasons. There was no shortage of sex in the epic drama, whether people were getting it on in a cave or having a foursome in a brothel. Though a lot of these characters are dead (RIP), we still dream about them more than we care to admit:
JON SNOW AND YGRITTE
Now that Kit Harington (Jon Snow) and Rose Leslie (Ygritte) are married in real life, we can only assume this passionate love scene was the start of their torrid romance. Jon Snow broke his vow to the Night’s Watch to lose his v-card in a cave, and man are we happy. It’s too bad Ygritte died — we may never know what he did with his tongue.
RENLY AND LORAS
Right when we started to love Renly and Loras, a ghost killed Renly. It’s a shame really because we wish they could have had hot sex all the time. They’re love was probably the most passionate. It was a little awkward, though, because Renly was supposed to marry Loras’ sister, Margery. We know in our hearts that Renly and Loras were meant to be.
TYRION AND SHAE
We thought Shae was perfect for Tyrion — until we found out she was screwing Tyrion’s dad Tywin. Well, they both got what they deserved, but that didn’t make losing Shae that much easier. There relationship started out as a deal that progressed into what we thought was real love. We like to imagine Shae really did care for Tyrion.
OBERYN MARTELL, ELLARIA SAND AND BROTHEL WORKERS
Oberyn Martell and Ellaria Sand were already one sexy couple. When they visited Littlefinger’s brothel in King’s Landing, they were sure to pick the cream of the crop to join in their sexual escapades.
DAENERYS AND KHAL DROGO
When Dany wed Khal Drogo, she didn’t like the barbaric way he made love, so her right hand taught her how to demand what she wants and please her man. That gave us two of the sexiest scenes ever. Dany’s sex lesson was full of tension that was released during a night with her husband.
MISSANDEI AND GREY WORM
This was the moment we had all been waiting for: the conception of the most beautiful couple. Grey Worm warms our heart with his profession of love. The tension that was built up between the two finally dissipated in an intense round of love making.
JAIME AND CERSEI
The brother-sister relationship has caused more harm than anything in the show. Though their choice might seem questionable, we have to admit their sex scenes are pretty hot. The pivotal moment for the couple happened at the end of season four. Cersei had just told her father she was in love with Jaime. Cersei then finds her brother, tells him the same and he ravishes her on the table. Just your typical day at King’s Landing.
DAENERYS AND JON SNOW
Right as we hit the climax of the series — the confirmation that Jon Snow is a Targaryen — Jon and Dany hit their own climaxes. The scene is interwoven with Jon’s mother, Lyanna Stark, giving birth and Bran-voiceover telling the story. The swelling music brings all of the emotions, and we’re left seeing Jon and Dany in bed together. The scene closes with this narration: “He was never a bastard. He’s the heir to the Iron Throne.” And he just so happens to be humping the woman who thinks she’s the rightful ruler. That should all pan out so well in season eight.
