4 TEEN TALES ON TV
Baby, Daybreak, Looking For Alaska + 1 more!

Let’s face it, everyone loves a good show about teenagers. (Pretty Little Liars, anyone?) There’s something captivating about a narrative taking place in the confines of high school. Maybe it’s the nostalgia. Maybe it’s the tension of high school drama. Luckily, there are four teen shows coming soon that you won’t want to miss:
BABY
The second season of Baby has landed on Netflix, and the Italian-language drama will have you speechless. The coming-of-age story holds nothing back and pairs up all of our fan faves. It’s kind of like an Italian Gossip Girl meets Euphoria — so a double dose of greatness.
DAYBREAK
Where is the apocalypse bound to have the most effect? Glendale, California. In a high school led by Matthew Broderick, a teen tries to navigate the apocalyptic wasteland to find his girlfriend. There are zombies in Netflix’s Daybreak, but it’s more like Mad Max than The Walking Dead.
LOOKING FOR ALASKA
Oh, John Green. Your debut novel is finally getting an adaptation at Hulu. His 223-page coming-of-age story will be told through eight episodes. To all of the fans of arguably his best novel, let’s hope they do this amazing, intense, beautiful story to life in the right way.
HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL: THE MUSICAL – THE SERIES
If you thought the title of this Disney+ series was meta, you’re not going to believe the plot. We’re about a generation removed since High School Musical introduced the world to Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens in 2006. In High School Musical: The Musical – The Series, the current students of East High are preparing a stage performance of High School Musical. Again, very meta and worth the watch.
